Chronic pain is something I have to deal with and it is good to confer with others to find out alternatives to coping. Some days are worse than others. We search for the cause-is it the weather? Did I eat something that was difficult to chew?
With various resources , some of us reach a new normal that we can cope with on a daily basis, but then the tooth or head pain or face pressure rears its ugly head and we have to dip into our bag for when its bad. Right now I have tooth, nose and cheek pressure. It is going to be a bad night. On top of these, my teeth constantly scrape together.
This things can include: physio, compasses, medication, etc. Many of these saving graces also have side effects.
O what to do.
Let’s see the movie and talk afterwards. Although the film recounts the story of a support group’s member attempting suicide, our discuss need not be macabre.
Please come see the film and talk afterwards about what you do to cope.
